Exhaust gas:

1) Organized waste gas

The exhaust gas in the installation area: the chlorine reaction non-condensable gas, the neutralization reaction non-condensable gas, and the layered tank exhaust gas are combined into the exhaust gas treatment device in the installation area for treatment. The treatment process is "three-stage water washing + two-stage alkali washing + three-stage activated carbon adsorption". The concentrated non-condensable gas in the concentrated kettle is processed by the three-stage activated carbon adsorption device. After the treatment is completed, the exhaust gas is discharged from an exhaust pipe with a height of 25m and an inner diameter of 0.2m. SO2 implements the standard limit requirements of key control areas in Table 1 of the "Regional Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" (DB37/2376-2019). HCl implements the limit value requirements of the secondary standard in Table 2 of the "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996). Crushing exhaust gas: The exhaust gas generated during the crushing process is treated by a bag filter and discharged through an exhaust pipe with a height of 20m and an inner diameter of 0.2m. The particulate matter in the exhaust gas implements the standard limit requirements of the key control area in Table 1 of the "Regional Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" (DB37/2376-2019).

Dimethylamine neutralization kettle: After the generated exhaust gas is treated by water spray + photocatalytic oxidation, the exhaust gas is discharged through an exhaust pipe with a height of 30m and an outlet inner diameter of 0.3m.
