Shandong Kangbao Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. entrusted Jiangsu Suchen Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. to compile the "Shandong Kangbao Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. 6000 tons/year cane sugar deep processing project technical transformation project environmental impact report form" in May 2019. On October 25, 2019, it obtained the approval of Lijin County Branch of Dongying Ecological Environment Bureau (Donghuan Li Branch Construction Review [2019] No. 030). Exhaust gas:
1) Organized waste gas
Exhaust gas in the device area: chlorination reaction non-condensing, neutralization reaction non-condensing, and layered tank exhaust gas are combined into the exhaust gas treatment device in the device area for treatment. The treatment process is "three-stage water washing + two-stage alkali washing + three-stage activated carbon adsorption", and the concentration kettle concentrates the non-condensing gas into the three-stage activated carbon adsorption device. After the treatment is completed, the exhaust gas is discharged by an exhaust cylinder with a height of 25m and an inner diameter of 0.2m.
